This is crazy!

She may have cleared her name in a nude photo scandal earlier this month, but Carly Rae Jepsen has landed herself back in hot water after real risque snapshots were allegedly stolen from her computer.

The "Call Me Maybe" singer has told police officials that she's been the victim of theft, according to TMZ. The missing items in question? Certain XXX photos that she'd rather not have released.

According to the site, Jepsen, 21, has been aware of the hack since March, when an anonymous source tipped her off that naughty photos of the Canadian singer were being shopped around to various media outlets.

Jepsen and her team immediately called the Vancouver Police Department to report the crime, and officials now confirm to TMZ that an investigation is currently underway "in regards to a theft of electronic property belonging to Jepsen."

TMZ reports that the police already have a potential suspect in mind.

Should the suspect be caught and cuffed, officials tell TMZ, he or she could face charges of criminal harassment and unauthorized access of a computer, resulting in jail time.

On Monday, Jepsen took to Twitter to deny that she was the girl in a supposed sex tape featuring a lookalike brunette in compromising positions.

"Crazy morning. Discovered that someone put up a sex tape claiming to be me," she wrote. "Ridiculous. Obviously not me."

Blogger Perez Hilton first posted screen shots from the alleged sex tape, pointing out the resemblance.
