Katherine Jackson's family at war as Michael Jackson's nephew seeks temporary ... - New York Daily News

The family of Michael Jackson is in an all-out civil war over his disputed will and the mysterious disappearance of matriarch Katherine Jackson â€" with an ugly physical confrontation caught on camera.

The vicious fight is pitting the late King of Pop’s siblings Janet, Randy, Jermaine and Rebbie against brothers Marlon, Tito and Jackie and Jacko’s  three kids -- who claim their grandmother was effectively kidnapped more than a week ago.

The battle took a shocking turn this week when surveillance video caught Janet tussling with her dead brother’s 14-year-old daughter Paris during a surprise visit to Katherine’s house.

“You’re a spoiled little bitch,” Janet reportedly told Paris during Monday’s dustup, an unidentified source told TMZ.

“This is our house. Not the Jackson family house. Get the f*** out!” Paris replied, according to the report.

Video of the altercation shows Janet, 46, trying to grab a cell phone from Paris' hands before the teen storms off.

An unidentified source told TMZ that Janet slapped the teen while trying to snatch her phone and that Paris hit back, though the video doesn’t show that.

Katherine’s nephew Trent Jackson, who works at the house, tried to take control of the situation by putting Randy in a headlock and punching Jermaine in the mouth, TMZ said.

A source close to Randy disputed the account.

“I highly doubt Janet said anything like that to Paris. That is not her opinion of her niece. She thinks she’s pretty terrific. No one thinks they’re spoiled. They just want what’s best for them,” the source said.

But Katherine Jackson’s lawyer Sandra Ribera claimed Randy, Janet and Jermaine “ambushed” the kids, charging through security gates as an SUV carrying the children rolled through.

“After exiting their vehicles, Jackson family members ran up to Michael’s children as they yelled and began to aggressively grab at the cell phones in their hands,” Ribera said.

“Following the incident, it was learned that one of the family members who was part of the ambush admitted that a plan has been in place for the last three years to remove Katherine Jackson from her home and her beloved grandchildren,” Ribera claimed.

Clearly, Paris feels she is being kept from her grandmother, who has been raising her and brothers Prince Michael and Blanket since their father died in 2009.

“9 days and counting,” Jacko’s 14-year-old daughter wrote on Twitter. “So help me god i will make whoever did this pay.”

Randy Jackson denied the kidnapping charge and downplayed the entire incident.

He said he and his siblings only went to the house to reassure Paris, Prince and Blanket that they are free to see their grandmother while she is recovering from a mystery ailment with Rebbie in Arizona.

“We thought that someone was trying to twist the story and make it feel as though we were the problem denying them access to their grandma,” Randy told the Rev. Al Sharpton on MSNBC.

He claimed that allegations Katherine was spirited away against her will were trumped up to deflect attention from his claim that the executors of his brother’s estate faked his will.

The siblings allege they have proof â€" including video of Jackson with Sharpton â€" that the superstar was really in Harlem on the day in 2002 his will was supposedly signed with a Los Angeles dateline.

That will gives Katherine 40% of the estate for her lifetime, 40% to Jacko’s kids and 20% to charity. When Katherine dies, her share goes back to the trust, ending any financial support she might be providing to other relatives.

“It’s not hard to put together what’s going on here,” one source told The News. “Some of these relatives don’t have a very good financial track record.”

TMZ.com has obtained a photo of Michael Jackson's siblings singer Janet Jackson and Jermaine Jackson at the Jackson family home. Sheriff's deputies responded to an alleged battery there on July 23 in the afternoon. In the photo, Janet and her brother Jermaine are seen front of the Calabasas compound. According to the website the photo was taken within the same hour L.A . County Sheriff's deputies went to Katherine Jackson's home, after one family member accused another of a physical assault. The Sheriff's Dept. isn't saying if Jermaine and Janet were the ones involved in that dispute.

The fake-will allegation isn’t new. It was brought up shortly after Michael’s overdose death, but a judge ruled the document was valid after lawyers said the Los Angeles notation was a typo.

Katherine Jackson left her home nine days ago to attend a series of her sons’ concerts.

Her nephew, Trent Jackson, reportedly filed a missing-persons report, which led sheriff’s deputies to launch an investigation. The probe was quickly closed when they determined Katherine was “safe and with a family member,” sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore told The News.

Jermaine, 57, called the missing persons report a “farcical false alarm” in a Twitter statement.

“Mother is safe and well in Arizona with her daughter and our sister, Rebbie, resting up on doctor’s advice,” he said on Twitter. “No one is being ’blocked' from speaking with Mother. She is merely an 82-year-old woman following doctor’s orders to rest-up and de-stress, away from phones and computers.”

With Katherine in Arizona, TJ Jackson, the 34-year-old son of Michael’s older brother, is hoping to be named temporary guardian of Paris, Prince Michael, 15, and Blanket, 10.

“It’s a logical next step. He’s very friendly with the kids,” a source close to the situation told The News.

TJ’s dad, Tito, had challenged the 2002 will but has now withdrawn his support of his siblings’ effort to get the estate executors fired. He and his brothers Marlon and Jackie are upset about Katherine’s absence.

“All I know is there’s somebody who made the decision that my mother cannot talk to me, and whoever that person is, they’ve got to answer to me,” Marlon told “The Insider” before breaking sown and rushing off the set.

“I’m going to see my mother and I’m going to bring her home.”

TJ Jackson, a former flame of Kim Kardashian, expressed support for Jacko’s kids in a Twitter post.

“It’s completely unfair for them to do this to you and your brothers,” he wrote. “We will keep trying. I love you.”
