The family of Michael Jackson is in an all-out civil war over his disputed will and the mysterious disappearance of matriarch Katherine Jackson â" with an ugly physical confrontation caught on camera.
The vicious fight is pitting the late King of Popâs siblings Janet, Randy, Jermaine and Rebbie against brothers Marlon, Tito and Jackie and Jackoâs three kids -- who claim their grandmother was effectively kidnapped more than a week ago.
The battle took a shocking turn this week when surveillance video caught Janet tussling with her dead brotherâs 14-year-old daughter Paris during a surprise visit to Katherineâs house.
âYouâre a spoiled little bitch,â Janet reportedly told Paris during Mondayâs dustup, an unidentified source told TMZ.
âThis is our house. Not the Jackson family house. Get the f*** out!â Paris replied, according to the report.
Video of the altercation shows Janet, 46, trying to grab a cell phone from Paris' hands before the teen storms off.
An unidentified source told TMZ that Janet slapped the teen while trying to snatch her phone and that Paris hit back, though the video doesnât show that.

Katherineâs nephew Trent Jackson, who works at the house, tried to take control of the situation by putting Randy in a headlock and punching Jermaine in the mouth, TMZ said.
A source close to Randy disputed the account.
âI highly doubt Janet said anything like that to Paris. That is not her opinion of her niece. She thinks sheâs pretty terrific. No one thinks theyâre spoiled. They just want whatâs best for them,â the source said.
But Katherine Jacksonâs lawyer Sandra Ribera claimed Randy, Janet and Jermaine âambushedâ the kids, charging through security gates as an SUV carrying the children rolled through.
âAfter exiting their vehicles, Jackson family members ran up to Michaelâs children as they yelled and began to aggressively grab at the cell phones in their hands,â Ribera said.
âFollowing the incident, it was learned that one of the family members who was part of the ambush admitted that a plan has been in place for the last three years to remove Katherine Jackson from her home and her beloved grandchildren,â Ribera claimed.

Clearly, Paris feels she is being kept from her grandmother, who has been raising her and brothers Prince Michael and Blanket since their father died in 2009.
â9 days and counting,â Jackoâs 14-year-old daughter wrote on Twitter. âSo help me god i will make whoever did this pay.â
Randy Jackson denied the kidnapping charge and downplayed the entire incident.
He said he and his siblings only went to the house to reassure Paris, Prince and Blanket that they are free to see their grandmother while she is recovering from a mystery ailment with Rebbie in Arizona.
âWe thought that someone was trying to twist the story and make it feel as though we were the problem denying them access to their grandma,â Randy told the Rev. Al Sharpton on MSNBC.

He claimed that allegations Katherine was spirited away against her will were trumped up to deflect attention from his claim that the executors of his brotherâs estate faked his will.
The siblings allege they have proof â" including video of Jackson with Sharpton â" that the superstar was really in Harlem on the day in 2002 his will was supposedly signed with a Los Angeles dateline.
That will gives Katherine 40% of the estate for her lifetime, 40% to Jackoâs kids and 20% to charity. When Katherine dies, her share goes back to the trust, ending any financial support she might be providing to other relatives.
âItâs not hard to put together whatâs going on here,â one source told The News. âSome of these relatives donât have a very good financial track record.â

TMZ.com has obtained a photo of Michael Jackson's siblings singer Janet Jackson and Jermaine Jackson at the Jackson family home. Sheriff's deputies responded to an alleged battery there on July 23 in the afternoon. In the photo, Janet and her brother Jermaine are seen front of the Calabasas compound. According to the website the photo was taken within the same hour L.A . County Sheriff's deputies went to Katherine Jackson's home, after one family member accused another of a physical assault. The Sheriff's Dept. isn't saying if Jermaine and Janet were the ones involved in that dispute.
The fake-will allegation isnât new. It was brought up shortly after Michaelâs overdose death, but a judge ruled the document was valid after lawyers said the Los Angeles notation was a typo.
Katherine Jackson left her home nine days ago to attend a series of her sonsâ concerts.
Her nephew, Trent Jackson, reportedly filed a missing-persons report, which led sheriffâs deputies to launch an investigation. The probe was quickly closed when they determined Katherine was âsafe and with a family member,â sheriffâs spokesman Steve Whitmore told The News.
Jermaine, 57, called the missing persons report a âfarcical false alarmâ in a Twitter statement.
âMother is safe and well in Arizona with her daughter and our sister, Rebbie, resting up on doctorâs advice,â he said on Twitter. âNo one is being âblocked' from speaking with Mother. She is merely an 82-year-old woman following doctorâs orders to rest-up and de-stress, away from phones and computers.â
With Katherine in Arizona, TJ Jackson, the 34-year-old son of Michaelâs older brother, is hoping to be named temporary guardian of Paris, Prince Michael, 15, and Blanket, 10.
âItâs a logical next step. Heâs very friendly with the kids,â a source close to the situation told The News.
TJâs dad, Tito, had challenged the 2002 will but has now withdrawn his support of his siblingsâ effort to get the estate executors fired. He and his brothers Marlon and Jackie are upset about Katherineâs absence.
âAll I know is thereâs somebody who made the decision that my mother cannot talk to me, and whoever that person is, theyâve got to answer to me,â Marlon told âThe Insiderâ before breaking sown and rushing off the set.
âIâm going to see my mother and Iâm going to bring her home.â
TJ Jackson, a former flame of Kim Kardashian, expressed support for Jackoâs kids in a Twitter post.
âItâs completely unfair for them to do this to you and your brothers,â he wrote. âWe will keep trying. I love you.â
