Breaking Bad is returning to TV for its fifth and final season this Sunday and â€" with already more than 50 of its characters dead â€" the series’ death toll continues to rise.

Over the it four dramatic seasons, Walter White (played by Emmy winner Bryan Cranston) has been responsible for the many deaths of rival drug dealers. With the town’s bloodthirsty druglord murdered â€" again, thanks to Walter â€" in last season’s finale, many fans suspect the terminally ill, chemistry teacher turned meth supplier and his partner in crime Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul) will be in the crosshair of every gang member in Albuquerque, N.M.

Will Walter and Jesse make it to the end of the series with their lives still intact, or will they join these 15 unfortunate souls?

Breaking Bad‘s meth kingpin Gus Fring (Giancarlo Esposito) finally saw his demise last season when he was caught in a bomb explosion that took off half of his face.

Watch below to see how the show’s crew was able to create that memorable â€" but terrifying â€" death.
