Nick Stahl checks into rehab - OnTheRedCarpet.com

Nick Stahl, an actor likely best known for his role in "Terminator 3," reportedly checked into rehab on May 19 after being reported missing last week.

Stahl's estranged wife Rose Murphy Stahl confirmed that the 32-year-old actor entered treatment to E! News. It was previously reported that Stahl reached out to friends via email late last week to let them know he was alive and going to seek treatment.

Rose Stahl, 30, reported Nick Stahl missing to police on May 14, the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to OnTheRedCarpet.com. Officials said Stahl's wife last saw him on May 9.

The actor later sent the email to friends on May 18, which Rose Stahl had seen because she was still able to access Nick Stahl's email account.

The couple, who married in 2009, was dealing with domestic problems prior to the disappearance and Stahl had been living with a friend. In February, Rose filed paperwork requiring Stahl to pass a drug test before seeing their 2-year-old daughter.

Stahl's career has spanned more than 20 years, with roles in the films "The Man Without A Face," "The Thin Red Line," "Sin City," "The Chameleon" and "Sleepwalking." He also recently appeared in TV shows, such as "Body of Proof" and "House of Lies."
