Robert Pattinson has been going through a tough time lately with his girlfriend Kristen Stewart cheating on him, moving out of his $6 million dollar home and being forced to put a brave face on to promote his new film Cosmopolis, but last night, he was really flying low.
The 26-year-old Twilight actor, who has been spotted out partying with his baseball cap on backwards in a bid to ease his heartbreak over Kristen Stewart cheating on him with her married Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders, attended a Times Talk interview last night in New York.
He was accompanied by his Cosmopolis director David Cronenberg for support and help with the questions, but one thing Dave didn’t tell him was that he had failed to do up his trouser zipper. Eeek!
As R-Patz posed for flicks with a rebellious glint in his eye, hat on back to front and a scruffy striped blue T-shirt undone, the actor looked a bit of a mess already.

But when we noticed that he hadn’t bothered doing his flies up, then we really knew he was going through some absent-mindedness depression. Look what you’ve done to him, Kristen!
British-born Rob, who always looks rather sharp at promotional events, looked like he’d lost the plot as he apeared dishevelled and a little drained from the tempestuous past couple of weeks. Aw bless!
And as Twihard fans will know, Rob isn’t exactly comfortable about baring all, ahem, as he recently confessed in an interview with Time magazine: “That was probably one of the most difficult scenes in the movie. It wasn’t a sex scene in the script. In the script, we’d finished having sex, and we were getting dressed."
"I think you only told me like the day before or something,†Rob said.
“I’d have done some sit-ups,†he said to Cronenberg.
Looks like you always tell him things a bit late, Dave!
