India, Sept. 8 -- The latest Emraan Hashmi, Bipasha Basu, Esha Gupta starrer Raaz 3 despite a massive opening in India has hit a road block in the UAE. Apparently, the Censor Board of the group of seven Emirates has banned the film from being released there. The reasons behind the ban are the sexually explicit scenes and the portrayal of the spiritual world that didn't go down well with the board.
However, the distributors of the film claim that though the board had an issue with the adult content within the film, they are currently in talks to sort out the matter. While on the other hand, it is learnt that despite the initial week long ban on the film in the UAE, the Censor Board of the Emirates is open to receiving and reviewing an altered copy of the film for release.

While it has been made to believe that the film is based on her real life story with Vikram Bhatt, it has been hinted that Bipasha Basu is actually reprising the role of another has-been heroine who faded away in the early 80s. If sources are to be believed, case files have indicated that this ex-actress was rumoured to be indulging in black magic. Raaz 3 makers prefer Bipasha to Esha
Esha Gupta may be a Vishesh Films protege, thanks to them giving her a big break in Jannat 2 opposite Emraan Hashmi, and then taking her on board for Raaz 3, replacing Jacqueline Fernandez in the film. But the Bhatts are in no mood to promote her this time around.
